This second floor apartment is one of three in a beautiful heritage home in downtown Bridgewater. The apartment has large, sun filled rooms with spacious, new king-size bed/mattress with quality bedding., full four piece bathroom, kitchen and main living room. Walking distance to all amenities. Quiet neighbourhood. Great spot for nurses and Doctors during their rotation as very close to South Shore Regional Hospital. This apartment is bright and cheery and perfect for a single person or couple. It has a four piece bathroom with claw foot tub and separate shower stand. The large bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and lots of space for your belongings to hang and store. The kitchen/living area is combined and has large windows for bright natural light. The kitchen is compact but efficient and complete with all the necessary implements such as dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven etc. The stove and fridge are full size. There is a large mudroom entrance to store coats and boots etc. on the way in. There is a lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail. Access to the apartment is up one flight of stairs from the rear deck. The deck is wonderful to sit on in the warmer months and there is access to your own clothes line (pegs provided). You also have access to the back yard where parking is available. Instructions to help with your stay are provided upon booking. The apartment is walking distance to the shops downtown, including Sobey's, The Atlantic Super Centre, Gow's Home Hardware and restaurants such as Curry Express, the River Pub, Ko's, and Tim Hortons to name a few. There is a brand new state of the art rec centre with pool, arena etc within a few minutes walk. Walking distance to the call centre, hospital, Michelin Parking is available. Access to the highway is five minutes away. Easy drive to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and beaches. Commutable distance to Liverpool. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping. If your stay is to fulfill the obligatory 14 day quarantine period for those people visiting or returning to the Atlantic bubble, Stone Taxi will pick up your ordered groceries and deliver for $10. If you have any additional stops they will accommodate for $2 per each additional stop. The other two apartments in the house are occupied. Tenants work day hours and sleep regular night hours. Similar living style is advised.
