Espectacular house with beautiful view

This large house is located in Roca Verde. One of the newest and better gated community in Atenas. It is only a 30 minute drive from the international airport Juan Santamaria. Just a 25 minute drive from Multi Plaza Escazu, one of the biggest shopping malls in Costa Rica with lots of night entertainment and a huge vareity of international cuisine. Next to the mall is also the International Hospital CIMA. Atenas is a quiet rural town with a slow pace and very friendly peopple with one of the best climates of the worls. From the house you can admire a breath taking view of the central valley and surrounding mountains. At the far east you can easily identify Irazu volcano and next the Turrialba volcano, which is active. The house is great place to spend your vacation and enjoy the pool, the views and nature, but from there you are close to many other places and activities to plan an adventurous vacation in Costa Rica. The closest beaches are at just 45 minute drive from the house. In your way to Jaco beach, you can do a quick stop at Tarcoles bridge to observe crocodiles in their habitat. From there you are at another 20 to 35 minutes to beautifull beaches: Punta Leona and Jaco. The hole house and pool The house is located in a gated community with security and fully paved roads.
