Sparkling clean - Great skyline - 11min to subway

We rent a room in our well-ventilated, 12th floor, great natural lighting and plenty of wide windows apt. A short 11min walk to the closest subway station. One of the few places on AirBnB where you can contemplate a skyline of Sao Paulo - homemade cozyness with a view! Open-concept kitchen, super clean bathroom, plenty of cupboards and closet space, cozy decor - you'll feel at home! The condo has a swimming pool, courtyard, and plenty of open space to get fresh air + we are 100% pet friendly! The building is located a block away from a bus stop, and less than half a mile to the subway station, this 600ft² apartment on the 12th floor offers a stunning night view of Sao Paulo! There is a playground, swimming pool, barbecue open space, playroom, courtyard and parking garage on the complex. A short three blocks walk will take you to bakeries, mini markets, convenience stores, banks, gas station and pharmacies. I can accomodate kids, disabled guests and elderly people. I do not, however, accept smoking inside the apartment - I kindly ask that you take the elevator downstairs to the open smoking areas, please. All areas I would rather not have to socialize In addition to extensive shops , Metro station and bus stops, we have the Vila Prudente Ecological Park in the neighborhood - only a 18-minute light walk. The park is very well maintained, plenty of garbage bins, clean bathrooms, water fountains and exercising equipment. One Sunday a month there is a fair with delicacies from Eastern European cuisine and also Eastern European products and crafts! In the park it is possible to observe dozens of species of birds and diverse fauna. Koi pond, marmoset monkeys .. in addition to orchids, old trees and diverse flora and fauna Seven blocks to the subway station - 11min light walk. There are several bus stops two blocks away. Uber never takes more than 3 minutes as they are always around the neighborhood. There is also a bike path on some streets in the neighborhood.
