The perfect place in Nuevo Arenal for a couple or 1 person. Wonderful setting in gated community amidst the rain forest. Wake up, look out your window and see the howler monkeys and toucans pass by! Very quiet area with jungle all around you. However, one of very few places in the area with fiber optic internet! Ideal for nature lovers, birders, hikers and outdoor adventure seekers. You will be surrounded by all kinds of animals, numerous birds, orchids, etc. There are some beautiful walking trails through the rainforest on the community property. A longer hiking trail is within a 3-minute distance. This is a great area for mountainbiking. It is also a water sports paradise: windsurfing/kitesurfing at a 15 minute distance, wakeboarding and waterskiing and SUP at 30 minutes, kayaking 5 minutes away. Lake access is at 5 minutes in the public park in Nuevo Arenal, and at several other locations (Puerto San Luis being a very nice one, at 30 minutes), but not within walking distance.
