,This two bedroom, two bath condo is located directly on the ocean front. It has two large verandas with seating. One veranda is accessed through a bedroom, the other through the living/dining area. The two bedrooms each have a king bed and there is additional sleeping capacity with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit can be combined with two adjacent one bedroom units (when available) to form a large four bedroom villa. This apartment has an air conditioners and ceiling fans in both the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Isla Bonita Yacht Club is located just a third mile south of the center of San Pedro Town. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. There is excellent swimming at the end of our pier, in an area protected from boat traffic. A dive and adventure center is also located on our pier. Our concierge is available to assist with recommendations and reservations for dining and tours. On site security is provided.
