We have designed a hostel-style space for our guests, but without neglecting quality and comfort, all at a low and accessible price. This system offers the opportunity to meet, interact and share with other travelers under equal conditions and in a controlled environment! Each room has its own bathroom for exclusive use (external bathroom to the room), air conditioning, 100 mbs of wi-fi signal and, 32 "flat screen TV and cable channels. The kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared areas, however they are spacious areas, and fully equipped for your comfort and convenience. We have a terrace where you can sit in the fresh air and watch the daily movement of the people in the neighborhood. There is a small convenience store on the ground floor of the building. In addition, you will find the bus stop that takes you to the city center just 25 meters away. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. We will always be a call or text message away. The accommodation is located in a small, typical and humble residential neighborhood on the Caribbean coast in Limón, CR. The area is safe, well lit and with constant movement of pedestrians and vehicles, during the day and early at night. This area is not touristy, but residential. Its population is humble and hard-working people, which makes their experience unique and closer to the daily life of a local.
