This 5300 sq ft home was set up with love. So we think you can feel the difference from renting a hotel room because of that. Main space (ground floor) - Large wooden framed windows and doors bring in natural light and phenomenal breeze (mosquito screens at windows) - Room darkening shades at each window and door provide privacy and coziness - Fully equipped kitchen, utility room (washer and dryer) and powder room - Indoor 8 seater dining table and living space L seater with 2 sides - Large sliding door leads to a large deck, private pool, seating areas and ambiance lighting. The upper level has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, 2 full baths and a hallway closet. The fourth (4th) room on the lower level counts as an additional room for an additional fee of US$50 per person per night and is automatically accessed when reservations are past 8 guests. This room can be accessed for reservations under 8 persons by altering the number of guests in your reservation to 9 persons. You will automatically be charged the additional US$50/night. Back up generator and water tanks are on site - rare but essential amenities you will not find at other vacation homes. Hot water is powered by solar panels. US and USB charging ports easily accessible. Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am or before. There is no daily housekeeping. Should you require a mid-stay cleaning, this service can be arranged for a fee. We provide fresh towels, bed linens, beach towels, starter hand and dish soap, basic cleaning products, coffee filters and clean up equipment. However, please note, unlike hotel services, this is not replenished. You are expected to replenish when you require more. QUARANTINE INFO Providence Estate is quarantined approved. Guests should be aware of a few additional charges prior to checking in. Effective January 7, 2022, all travellers are permitted to travel to Barbados with a valid negative Rapid COVID-19 PCR test result done within 1 day prior to arrival in Barbados OR a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result done within 3 days prior to arrival. Fully vaccinated travellers are not required to quarantine. Airport Meet and Greet and Villa transfer can be arranged. Unvaccinated travellers are to quarantine immediately at the villa. Airport Meet and Greet and Taxi transfer can be arranged. Fast track, online grocery shopping and delivery recommendations provided. Effective January 30th 2022 the period of quarantine is reduced from 5 days to 3 days, with a retest on day 4 - mandatory quarantine until all tests results are received. Monitoring via CCTV by local security firm (small fee). Our private pool and amenities are available for use during quarantine. Should a guest in the booking test positive for COVID, the villa would have to be professionally sanitized (at the guest). Please note under the Tourism Levy Act 2019-57, a 10% Shared Economy Levy is applied to all vacation rental properties. This levy charge is included in the nightly rate. - Handle property’s linens and towels with care. Should damages, breakage or soils be discovered or reported you will be charged accordingly. - No events, parties, gatherings, limes or uninvited guests allowed.
