The most accessible swimming beach is Hulopoe Bay, which is a public beach at the foot of the Four Seasons Manele Bay Resort. Other points of interest on the Lanai if you're in an adventurous mood: Shipwreck Beach, Garden of The Gods, Polihua Beach, The Munro Trail. These are all off-road destinations that will require a 4X4 vehicle. For sunset-watching try the Lanai Harbor, which is accessible by car and is a 20-minute drive from town. Or visit the Cat Sanctuary (also approx. 20 minutes away and also accessible by car). Other activies such as bike tours, hiking expedition, off-road excursions via all-terrain vehicles, horseback riding, golf, whale-watching, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, guided UTV tours through Lanai's upland terrain, and other activities may be booked through the Adventure Center at the Four Seasons Manele Bay Resort.
