Sunny Yellow is a budget friendly 2 bedroom self-contained apartment. 8 minute walk to public bus route, supermarket & deli 8 minutes to town & 20 minutes to Grand Anse NON-SMOKERS only! No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes etc.) on the premises! No unregistered guests/unauthorized visitors No guest under 12 years old No pets No parties/events/social gathering, loud music & noises Meals & laundry are not included in the rate - 10 US per laundry-day No AC Fans in bedrooms Smart TV This apartment is suitable for individuals looking to experience life as a local. I do not provide housekeeping or meal service. I provide a modest, self-contained and well appointed apartment for persons on a budget. Comfort Stay is unsuitable for persons desiring a hotel, villa, or guest house experience. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Only one parking space is available for guests. I am always a phone call or message away. This apartment is NOT located in the town. It is located in a residential area 8 minutes away from town via private vehicle (15 minutes via bus). There are NO clubs, restaurants, bars or malls in this neighborhood. There is a supermarket, the bus route & 2 historical sites within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Public transportation route is an 8 - 10 minute walk from the apartment. Buses here will take you directly to the town of St George's within 15 minutes. Please be aware that you may hear noises. A few examples: dogs barking, cocks crowing and noises from other domestic animals together with the noise of persons doing their various outdoor jobs/chores. Ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers.
