This colourful apartment is all about the "million dollar" views. With 100 steps through mature gardens to safe swimming in Blue Lagoon. An air conditioned studio in a sunny garden location consisting of a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and private terrace. There are panoramic views over Blue Lagoon and views across both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean to the Grenadines. There are 2 other apartments on the property, Sunset @ Jenny's Place, which is next door and Coconut Lookout. The air-conditioned apartment, with solar powered hot water, opens onto a south facing garden with sunbeds for lazy days. There are nearly 100 steps down to the sea from the apartment, through luscious, secluded gardens. Mango look-out is near the top of the steps, lovely for a morning coffee and relaxation, keep an eye out for the tiny humming birds, attracted by the flowers. Mahogany look-out is half way down the steps. It is a great place to relax on the sunbeds and hammock. There is a fresh water rock shower opposite Mahogany look-out to freshen you up, pull the rope and enjoy. Snorkelling in the rocks at the bottom of the steps you will see a tropical fish nursery, but you may also see lobsters, turtles, octopus and eels. The apartment comes with a double sea kayak to explore the beaches around the bay. And if you want to get away from it all, head for the Zen Den. It is hidden away, surrounded by the roots of a giant tree. It is a very special place to wind down and reconnect with nature. Depending on the season you are welcome to gather your own breakfast of Mangos, Bananas, Papaya, Plums, Sugar Apples, Cherries or Coconuts. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within a short walk. Some are local and great for liming others are more international and lovely for a special occasion. Public transport regularly stops right outside of our gate, so getting around to see the sights is easy. We are walking distance to bars, restaurants, mini markets, yacht charter bases and dive operations. Local dollar vans stop outside the gate, average fare is EC$5. They can get you into Kingstown and around most of the island. We would recommend a Windward and Leeward tour with one of the excellent taxi tour companies (contact for recommendations). Car hire is also available. The whole property including gardens is non-smoking, please respect our home. Cats live on the property and chickens visit occasionally.
