Light-filled refurbished apartment in the heart of Higienópolis, the city's coolest bairro, overlooking leafy square and 1950s heritage buildings. Close to downtown and Paulista business district. Plenty of bars and restaurants plus a classy shopping center close by. Work or play, you'll be ideally located. A cozy two-bedroom apartment, neat and finely furnished, overlooking Praça Vilaboim (square) in the heart of Higienópolis, a neighborhood that has some of São Paulo’s most iconic modernist buildings. The apartment is perfect for those who come to Sao Paulo for either business or leisure purposes, on a short stay or for a more extended period. The apartment has an adorable living room sided by a TV room and a dining room connected to the kitchen. There is one complete bathroom close to the dining room; there is another bathroom on the opposite side of the apartment, ensuite with bedroom 1 . Bedroom 1 has double bed and bedroom 2 has also a double bed with additional single pullout bed. Guests may use the entire apartment. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are fully equipped and ready to fulfill all daily needs. There are no common-use facilities on the ground floor and no parking within the building. Priscilla and Gabriel will be available to help you throughout your stay, without disturbing your privacy. They live nearby and will assist you promptly. Higienópolis is a neighborhood with lots of fun bars, eateries and local restaurants at Praça Vilaboim and a more prominent, leafy, shady park (Parque Buenos Aires) one block away. It is an excellent place for walks and jogging, besides a kids’ playground. A short walk the other side of Praça Vilaboim, Pacaembu Soccer Stadium and the Soccer Museum are three blocks away. FAAP University and its Brazilian Art Museum are located on the way to the stadium. Turning right outside the building and right again up to Rua Aracaju you can visit the excellent Aracaju Bakery (Padaria Aracaju). Two blocks further down on Albuquerque Lins, you will find Shopping Higienópolis, which includes swanky shops, restaurants, cinemas, bookshops. Uber and Cabify work great in São Paulo. There are also two taxi stands right at the square. One right outside the door, and the other opposite the yellow-and-pink Edificio Louveira. We are within (energetic) walking distance of two subway stations, while buses head up and down Avenida Angelica just beyond Parque Buenos Aires. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Likewise, it is not authorized to have pets, hold parties or receive visitors. The building is residential. No noise after 10 p.m.
