The poolside view is simply breathtaking. It's the perfect setting for sun bathing, BBQ, and casual dining. Le Phare Blue restaurant is conveniently located within walking distance. Beaches and shops are minutes away. The whole house is available except on wing that is locked off A member of the property management team will be on-site for check-in and property orientation. We will provide a comprehensive binder to outline all information about the property as well as the surrounding area. We will be available to address issues while you are renting and also do regular check-ins with you to assure that everything is in order for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Egmont is a beautiful peninsula located on the south eastern side of the island. A modern developed residential neighborhood that offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, a serene harbour and Grenada's rolling hills. Located about 15-20 minutes from the airport based on traffic, you will experience local village life to and from Egmont. One restaurant is located at the marina—grocery store is located about .5 miles on the main road from the Egmont entrance. Highly recommend a car rental—if not, we can have taxi service available for your transport needs. Because Egmont is a "private" development, no public transportation is available. The local bus system stops at the main road entrance, and the walk to Bellas Vista is approximately .75 miles. Local bus drivers will take you to the property for an additional charge (based on how many people are on the bus).
