Brigitte House Bed&Breakfast in San Ramon

Hello, Brigitte will be glad to receive you in her home. The place has 2 houses in the same property, one on top of the other. In the first floor is where Brigitte (owner) lives and the second floor will be totally yours. The neighbor is very quiet and nice, there is a sport complex in front of the house for you to use it. Brigitte loves to walk some mornings if you want to join her and discover San Ramon Included WiFi, American Breakfast, Cable TV, in-house garage, and some kitchen appliances. To access the apartment you have to walk up stairs (13 steps) because it's in a second floor. The place has 1 main bedroom with a King Size Bed, a walking closet and a full bathroom with hot water, living room, kitchen area with dishes, microwave, oven, sandwich press, coffee maker, water boiler, and a mini fridge. The apartment has a cozy balcony looking towards our beautiful little backyard which has many plants, eatable herbs, chairs, table, and beach umbrella for you to enjoy. Brigitte is going to be available at any time (she lives downstairs). She also provides a breakfast (American style) but she can also prepare lunch or dinner for you, please notify her at least 4 hours ahead (not-included, prices will be negotiated) Brigitte also has laundry service for you (not-included, prices will be negotiated) Brigitte speaks basic English, if you have any doubts you can contact me directly(Andres, Brigitte's son) Our neighborhood is very quiet and nice, we have a sport area at front (crossing the street) where you can go and enjoy. It's very easy to arrive to Briggites House. * You can take an Uber or a Taxi, it will cost like (800 colones to 1000 colones) from the San Jose-San Ramon bus station. * You can take a bus, it charges you 205 colones (service available every 30min) * If you want to walk it will be 10 to 15 min from San Ramon downtown. As the AirBNB share the same entrace with Briggites Home, we don't accept guest or friends which are not included in the reservation.
