Main floor unit. 2 blocks from Brandon university and 18th street. Small Convenience store 2 doors down. Bus stop 50ft away. The space is a two bedroom main floor of a house. The house has separate entrance through the front. Parking in the rear with plug ins. Being only 2 blocks from 18th street it is easy access to anywhere in Brandon. This use to be our main residents for 5 years. During our time in the house we fully renovated the main floor. Guest have access to the full main floor and parking in the back. There is laundry in the common area in the basement but please no work coveralls or overly dirty work clothes that may damage the machines I am available to guess almost all the time by phone and never usually to far away if needing anything The house is only 2 blocks from Brandon University and less then half a block to a small convenience store. There is a city bus stop at the corner of the block and if you have a vehicle we have off street parking in the back House has free wifi and cable. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. Just need to bring the food.
