Location - Location -Location This is the place to be if you want to walk to the beach (Powell Beach on Okanagan Lake) which is at the end of the street, go swimming, biking, hiking, jogging, play tennis at the nearby courts... We are conveniently located in desirable Trout Creek, Summerland which is in the middle of Penticton and downtown Summerland. Great location if you have a child in the Okanagan Hockey Academy as we are under 10 minutes to the South Okanagan Event Center in Penticton. Our renovated summer home is ideal for families and couples with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably (plus 3 kids in double/single bunk). Open Living Room to Kitchen floor plan with spacious open beam ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new quality appliances and includes all the necessities. Fenced yard with patio. We can provide high chair, play pen, etc. upon request. Summer bookings are Saturday - Saturday. NOTE: Rates are displayed in US dollars by default.
