Far enough so the noise doesn’t bother you but close enough to get there walking, not having to worry about traffic, driving or finding parking. This 2 BR home has been renovated in high end executive finishes with a gourmet kitchen, luxurious steam shower & outdoor living space. You are going to have a luxury experience in this beautiful two bedroom attached bungalow. It has been recently completely renovated with all high end finishes designer decorated & furnished. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with double oven and all amenities. Lots of areas to eat and dine with the counter bar as well as the beautiful wood dining table. The couch in the living room folds out into queen size bed. The two queen size beds in both bedrooms are great super comfy quality mattresses. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous with a giant steam shower with glass doors amd multiple showerheads for a spa like experience. The house has a soft water as well as air conditioning. The backyard has a three tiered patio with an enclosed fire pit area (you must bring your own wood, the wood displayed there is not for use) as well as an enclosed pergola and comfortable seating for outdoor socializing or to just sit and get some sun with your glass of wine or coffee. There is a weber barbeque that requires a small green propane tank that is not provided. Please bring your own small green propane tank if you plan on barbecuing. The living room has a big bay window and a 58 inch new flatscreen smart TV for to you enjoy your favourite streaming. The home is a very short walk to the Sandy beaches on the lake and Lake Shore Drive where all the restaurants bars and shops that you’ll want to check out are. It is far enough away so you don’t hear the noise of the lake side area but are literally 500 metres away. There is a weekly farmers market right around the corner. This home is fully equipped with everything you will need and being that it is just set up we will be adding things along the way to enhance your experience such as inflatable kayaks, floating lingers and a wagon to carry your lungs to the beach. The garage is being set up as a extra living space/ping-pong table games room with some exercise equipment but that is still in the process. There is a driveway for offstreet parking but there’s also on street parking all around the block. If you like luxury you will love this place :-) 4 Adult Maximum The whole house is available for guests to enjoy. Garage garage may not be set up for parking as we are in the process of turning it into a games area. Snow removal on the sidewalks can be done by guests while they are there otherwise it is maintained in between bookings. Shovels are provided. I may or may be there to check you in. Most cases will be a self-check in. In the winter the lake becomes a winter wonderland with skating and cross-country skiing and icefishing. The town puts on lots of social events as well which we can hopefully partake in this next season coming up!
