Brand new cottage, 10 minutes driving from Tamarindo beach. Private and peaceful setting, beautiful landscape all around. Bright, clean and modern style. Lots of amenities. Internet, AC, fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, BBQ, cleaning service included, access to a shared pool and tropical style covered lounge area. Add on services available. Hosts onsite happily available for any help and/or recommendation. This cottage is perfect for a couple, but can also fit one or two more person like some close friends or family. There is one separate bedroom (king size) and a sofa-bed in the living room. Lush garden and nature around will be a constant delight to watch from the large porch. As well as listening to the sound of many birds, howler monkeys and the small river during the rainy months. Our guests have access to the shared area: the swimming pool, the tropical style covered lounge area, the table and chairs in the garden. In the rainy months (september, october), you can enjoy the clear water of the river that goes through the property. You can also walk through the garden to observe the birds, monkeys passing by and enjoy the variety of fruit trees and flowers. We live on the same property, a bit further. It is our pleasure to attend any question, inquiry or problem that you might have, but we will always be discrete and respect your privacy, and peace during your stay. We will welcome you the day of your arrival and offer a quick tour if you would like us to, and will personally say goodbye when you leave. We love to hear your feedback about your stay at our place. What a perfect combination to be located, close enough to lively Tamarindo town and its activities, in the heart of a very typical and preserved costarican village, with its traditions and slow rythm, so typical in the "Pura Vida" lifestyle! We recommend to have a rental car to visit around. No matter where you will be staying, there are many different beautiful beaches to visit around, not always accessible through paved roads. Therefore a higher car or 4WD is even better, especially in rainy season. When you will get to know the area, you will realise that the property is ideally located half way to most of the popular beaches around. It is also close to the main town Tamarindo beach and all its facilities, but away enough to avoid all the hustle and bustle. Our place is an oasis of tranquility in a beautiful touristic area.
