Playa Blanca #10 is a bright and spacious ocean view studio, located in a beachfront building on Akumal's Half Moon Bay. It is just steps from the beach and a few minutes away from the beautiful Yalku Lagoon. Ideal for singles, couples or a small family of 4, this well-appointed 450 sq. ft. upper floor studio space has airy vaulted ceilings and gets plenty of natural light. It has a small table and chairs, a king size bed, single day bed and trundle bed, a cozy living area, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a portable stove top. The space is designed in a Mexican style with tile floors and colorful Talavera tiles in the kitchenette and bathroom. On the sandy beach below, there are sun loungers and shady thatched palapas for you and your guest’s enjoyment. Cleaning is included on check-in and checkout. For weekly stays there is also a mid week cleaning. For monthly rentals cleaning will be once a week. The town of Akumal is located about halfway between Playa del Carmen and Tulum and just over an hour drive from Cancun International Airport. When staying at Playa Blanca #10 you can enjoy all that Riviera Maya has to offer, you'll be just a short drive to either Tulum, Playa del Carmen or one of the many cenotes and Maya Ruins in the area.
