A king size bed with a/c with a wow view of the anchorage, beach and sunsets from your own balcony. Shared pool. Your own (outdoor) kitchenette to help yourself at any time. (Note, no hob or oven.) Prime location above Princess Margaret beach and Jack's Bar plus scenic cliff-side trail into Belmont Walkway, DeHarbour and over to Lower Bay. No vehicle hire needed. Provisions can be supplied at cost plus tip. Housekeeping and laundry services every 3/4 days (not Sundays). Private entrance. Kitchenette has fridge, toaster, cafetiere / french press, kettle - good for continental breakfasts, sandwiches and the important cold drinks. It's a serve yourself set up. Spacious bath area with two sinks, separate wc and a (private) outdoor shower with a view of the sea and the stars. Lots of closet space. Note, there is no space for any additional guests. The kitchenette is for the private use of ANightAshore guests. A housekeeper will take care of your needs. The owners are not always in residence, and when they are, they respect your privacy. There is also a self-contained 2-bedroom apartment for rent on the property - independent, on the top level of the villa. A community of luxury villas overlooking one the World's most beautiful beaches, and Bequia's best swimming and snorkelling beach - Princess Margaret. The popular Jack's Bar is located below the property - very convenient for cocktails and eating. BBQ party night with music is Tuesday's, in high season only. There is a hiking trail along the cliffs into The Harbour via the Belmont Walkway and, in the other direction, over to Lower Bay. Water taxis are fun from Jack's jetty. Land taxis inexpensive - needed for luggage transportation from ferry terminal or airport. If you wish to avoid the steps, Julian Taxi is approved to drive you up the steep driveway. (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Cheap, fun, dollar buses available nearby on main road - there is a hill climb to reach. Car hire not recommended, but if needed there is a large car park. Not suitable for less abled people. There are steps up - for great views! Guests are not permitted to use the driveway. There is a private car park at the base of the property for hire vehicles and taxi drop offs. During Covid times, housekeeping will be reduced to changeovers only. For stays of longer than 4 nights, a change of linen and towels and cleaning materials will be provided to enable guests to manage independently. Guests are welcome to use the clothes line to dry hand washed laundry. Washing machine and ironing services are available from the housekeeper (small tip appreciated) when she visits - every 3/4 days.
