Street parking with meters and free parking around the corner on the street and a nearby parking lot are available. One block to the Chestnut Hill West train station and several buses immediately in front of the apartment. No cable but wi-fi. This is a 100% fully private entire second floor two bedroom apartment. The entire apartment is 100% private. We have everything set up so you will launch an instructional entry video and be able to enter on your own using a digital keypad. We will probably have no interaction or see you although we are available to answer questions quickly and I have staff nearby if something is needed. The historic upscale neighborhood of Chestnut Hill is considered one of the top neighborhoods in the entire country. This location is at the top of the hill ultra prime with everything walkable. Uber and lift are easily available as well as the Chestnut Hill last regional train is walkable within one block and so our buses. It is a very walkable neighborhood. You can also find street parking immediately in front of the building with meters or around the corner at no charge and there is a sept a parking lot that is one dollar per day and there is another parking lot within half a block that is $3 for six hours. This is a simple plain upscale no drama no frills apartment. Please note that this is on Germantown Ave. & this is a historic neighborhood with Coblestone streets. Don't want you to be startled by the occasional sound of busses or trucks driving on those stones OR by some vibration that you may experience in the apartment.
