Hilltop Casablanca

We are renting our Ecological Vacation home in the beautiful Dominican Republic, a literal paradise in the mountains. It's located in the middle of the island with a 360 degree view of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and landscapes. The house is 15 minutes from the town of Constanza and two hours from Santiago Airport. Of course it is equipped with 24/7 electricity, hot water, cable tv, and internet service, yet it is beautifully furnished. It can accommodate 20 overnight quest, as we have five large bedrooms. There are two kitchens and four full bathrooms. Otherwise, the house holds a capacity of 150 persons, for wedding, birthdays, and special events, especially considering our wrap around porches and outdoor patios are enormous. We also have a hot tub/pool for enjoyment. Our home is private and close to aqua Blanca , white water rafting, horse back riding, sky hand guilding, waterfalls and many other attractions. Included in the rental is a billiard table, surround sound music, hot water, internet Entertain room with large pool table, two fireplaces, surround sound music entire house and Porches. Wifi We are available by wassup to speak with renters (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ANA It's a quiet atmosphere with beautiful view of a valley. Many different types of birds fly including the local humming birds and parrots. It can be quiet but of course lively with our surround sound music. Very little Covid 19 reported in Constanza. Very isolated. It's recommended that you have an SUV to explore the area. As of August (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) roads have been corrected and now it is not necessary to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach our home where we have gated parking. We offer a 4x4 and our driver to assist guest with entering our home from the main road. Save parking available near by for quest who can not make it up the two minute hill. Most quest do not have these issues. We can offer a reduced price for 9 or less guest on our special offer. Please write us for this arrangement. This offer not available on holidays. Roads leading to our home has been much improved. Asphalt has been added from the town to the our entrance and our dirt road has been plowed and corrected. Horse back riding near by, river near by, white water rafting about one hour away. Small zoo two minute away. Also 4 wheeler available in town. Town is ten minutes away. Paraguilding from a nearby mountain available a short distance from town.
