Beautiful place Recanto dos Pássaros

I rent a farm / ranch in Campinas, in the neighborhood of Carlos Gomes, called Sítio Recanto dos Pássaros. It is 11 km far from Campinas and 8 km from Jaguariúna. Leaving Campinas by Dr. Highway Adhemar Pereira de Barros, when he arrives at Km 123, (before the Jaguariúna toll), turn right on a good dirt road, walk 2.8 km, enter the right again, walk 1 km more at the gate of the site. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms plus 2 bathrooms. In one room it has a double bed and 2 bunk beds, in the other room it has 2 single beds and in the other room it has a double bed. The 2 bedrooms that have a double bed are the ones that have a private bathroom. It has a double box bed in a room next to the bunk beds room. Another room that has a TV and a sofa. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms, in the two rooms and on the balcony. In the kitchen there is a 2 m table, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove with a 6-burner oven, and an artesian well water bottle with support, plates, cutlery, pots, dishes, pressure cooker. It has a balcony around the front of the house, with orchids, ferns, Portuguese lace, etc. On this balcony there is a corner with a barbecue, large sink, refrigerator and a small wooden table to support the barbecue. It has 1 table with 4,5 m of length. with benches, 3 train stools, 1 set of cast iron table and chairs. In front of the balcony there is a swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.30 m, with a small beach for children measuring 2.0 x 1.50 m. All of this is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall.
