Including, but not limited to appliances, cookware, glassware, plates, furniture, artwork, towels, bedding, curtains, pillows, pottery, etc. EXAMPLE OF DAMAGE FEES: HEAVY MESS Cleaning Fee - US$125 If guests leave the house in a state of severe uncleanliness that requires deep cleaning, guests will be charged a Heavy Mess Cleaning fee PLUS the Standard Cleaning fee US$50. Beach Towels - US$50 ea. If guests lose one one of the orange beach towels, we will have to charge guests a replacement fee. Do not use beach towels for Soufriere Sulfur Bath. The water will damage towels and you will be charged US$50 ea. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT Available on request for an additional fee - $50 Please make sure to take all belongings.
