Big private room in a colonial house with pool

It's a beautiful, very spacious room with lots of light in an original colonial house with a big tropical garden. In the garden you'll find several sitting areas, fruit trees, exotic plants and a swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbeds for you to enjoy! You have your own bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel for you to use. In our garden we have a restaurant, Coco Calala, that serves healthy plant based food for breakfast & lunch. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday. We are there to help you with anything you need! We are right in the city centre, close to the cathedral, markets, restaurants and the cinema. The supermarket is just one block from our place. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area, we can tell you everything about them and give you directions of our favorite places. Everything is at walking distance but if you prefer a cab we know a couple of cab drivers we can always call! If you come with a private car you can park in the street, it's safe. We are close to the most important bus terminal where you can catch the bus to other cities (Managua, Granada, Matagalpa..) or to the beach!! Please note that it’s necessary to use a bathing suit in the pool. Using the pool with regular clothes is not allowed.
