Absolutely lovely, warm and inviting, updated home located in Lake Junaluska. Hickory Hill House has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a bonus room for additional sleeping accommodations. Plenty of level parking with easy access. Bright sunroom for afternoon reads and an outdoor covered patio for those evening cookouts. Beautiful and historic Lake Junaluska offers a walking trail around the lake, an outdoor pool and rentals available for canoeing, paddle board, kayaking, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and a gym. Home is situated near a busy road.  A well-behaved dog under 10 pounds may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone. We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture. This enables us to continue to offer a home for dogs and their families.  A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax is required prior to arrival.  Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee  of $50 plus tax will be required to be paid.  We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed. IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE  PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET!! This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm.  You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system that must be signed as part of this Agreement and the renter is bound by the terms of that Agreement. $150.00 per pet, additional $50 for additional pet, maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs. each Air Conditioning, Heating,  Internet, No Smoking,  Pet Friendly, Plenty of Parking, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Sunroom, Dishwasher, Smart TV, Electric Grill, Main King Ensuite,  Microwave, Bunk Beds, Views, Walking Distance to Lake Junaluska, Outdoor Entertainment Area. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended in the winter months
