Our four new Apartments have parking in front of the property, balconies to enjoy the mountains' foliage and ocean view as well as from the bedrooms, Living Room and kitchen, security cameras overlooking the outside of the properties, storm windows and doors for Hurricane safety. Also our apartments are equip with Electrical Plant and Water Tanks for those days when electricity and water are compromised in the Island. Full kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker and everything you need to make and enjoy a home prepare meal. Bedrooms and bathrooms fully equip with linen, pillows, towels, floor level showers and hot water. Also for you convenience our apartments are now equipped with washer and dryers . Guess that like to bring a big party, there are 3 adjacent apartments all together will accommodate up to 16 to 20 people. The guest will have parking space, individual balcony. The apartment also provide patio and backyard that might need to be share with guest of three adjacent apartments. I will be available by airbnb or by cell phone. The apartment is located in a rural area which is; 5 minutes walking distance to El Guano Beach, walking distance to El Horizonte Restaurant. You can travel by car 5 minutes to Tivoli Foods and Sport, 15 minutes to Palmas del Mar and the Pescaderia Restaurant, 5 minutes to the highway and 3 minutes to the Cocal Beach and 7 minutes to El Parque del Nino. The apartment is close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others.
