Sea me too (walk-out apt)

Welcome to Sea me too! Located in the heart of Woody Point and overlooking the beautiful Bonne Bay. This immaculate one bedroom walk-out basement unit is your home away from home. Bring your hiking shoes, your fly rod and a camera and you are ready to go. Explore the scenic Gros Morne National park, book a boat tour and take in the amazing views as you hike the Green Gardens Trail and the Tablelands. Sea me too is located on the lower level of our home in a well-lit, walk-out basement. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the small fishing village of Curzon. With views and fishing "stores" just outside your door, this cozy living space is perfect to relax and unwind after a day of hiking the table lands. You'll feel right at home in our touristy fishing community. The above apartment (3 bedroom) is self-contained. Please note that it is NOT completely sound proof. ( If you would like to book the entire space, please contact us to inquire.) Guests have access to the complete lower level of our home and the little terrace next to the front door. Please feel free to take the umbrella, umbrella chairs and blankets to whatever events or excursions you need. The community of Woody Point/Curzon really comes to life in the summer as it becomes a real artistic hub for the West Coast. Hike the numerous trails of the table lands during the day and catch a play or a concert in the evenings. The community is nice and flat lending itself to easily be entirely visited by foot at any age. If you love being outside, this is the place for you. I recommend that you do your grocery shopping in Deer Lake (Exit 15 at Foodland) or even in Corner Brook (Lewin Parkway exit at the Dominion) if you have specific dietary needs or simply want access to a bigger selection of food. Bring your shoes and/or a pedal bike. You can get around everywhere that way. SEVERAL ITEMS: (Hidden by Airbnb) MAPS: Don't trust it. Ask a local or buy a good old fashion map. GROCERIES and LIQUOR: If you have specific dietary needs or are a foodie, I strongly recommend that you do your groceries in Deer Lake (exit 15) or even in Corner Brook ( Lewin Pwy) before coming down. While there is a grocery store here; it has everything you need but may not have everything you WANT. But the ice cream; you can definitely find that here. The TV: Is a chrome cast. It works much the same as Apple TV. I STRONGLY recommend you set this up before coming down if you love your shows. - download the (Hidden by Airbnb) Home app on your smart device. - set it up with a (Hidden by Airbnb) address when asked to login. - Download other apps such as crave, Netflix, Youtube what ever you like watching - link it to the "Fisherman Lookout" once you get here. (the "living room" one is for the bottom unit TV) - Then, you can close (don't delete!) that app and you never use it again! - When you open your media steaming app (Netflix...), you will notice a little icon, a square with the wifi umbrella in the bottom left corner, somewhere on your screen. - Click on that and it should stream what ever appears on your smart device, to the TV. *** CALL ME if you have issues. It isn't easy for everyone - I know. Or - find a kid on the street!.*** FISHING: - you can find a license and a guide at the Lomond camp ground. Call ahead of time! HIKING: - There are MANY trails of all levels. Do your research and plan ahead so you don't miss out on anything that may be of interest to you. Please be a responsible citizen and pay for your park pass at the Gros Morne Park entrance before arriving in Wiltondale. This is how we keep our park clean and safe. THE ARTS: There is ALWAYS a show or a concert going on. Check the GMSM (Gros Morne Summer Music) website and see what is happening while you are here. The two units must share a steep driveway. One can be in the driveway while the other can park on the lower "street". If you have mobility issues please let us know and we will impose that the other guests park on the street.
