Take Five is a well-appointed, comfortable villa located in the tranquil development of Atlantic Rising, located on the South East coast of the Caribbean island of Barbados. The villa is a short walk to the beach at Bottom Bay. The development is a very peaceful setting with a mix of retired residents and a handful of holidaymakers . Take Five is a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath villa with contemporary furnishings, modern appliances and tropical gardens to ensure a private and relaxing stay for families, couples or a small group of friends. As you enter the front door to the open concept lounge area, Take Five welcomes you with a view of the 30ft pool and spacious outdoor patio area. The patio/pool area includes a dining table with chairs, sofa seating, lounge chairs, powder room, outdoor shower and utility room. The kitchen is well equipped with small and large appliances including a gas stove, dish washer and large refrigerator with freezer. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a double basin vanity unit. The other 2 bedrooms share an adequately sized bathroom. Take Five is under new ownership with Jan continuing to serve as the Property Manager who is on-site as required. A BBQ, Baby Cot & High Chair are available for a small local rental fee from the Property Manager (Please mention at time of booking). A car is strongly recommended in this beautiful, tranquil Parish of Saint Philip.
