Keep in mind that the entire house can accommodate up to 20 persons if you are interested in having a large travel group, family or friends stay together at one great location. Villa Patricia is located on a hill overlooking the St. Augustine area. It is an 8 minute drive to the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus; a 28 minute drive to Port of Spain and a 20 minute drive to Piarco International Airport making it very accessible. The nearest supermarket (large) and bank with ATM is only 15 minutes by foot. Guests has access to a large kitchen, dining area, living room, open porch area, large reading area with a television, pool, 3rd story lookout and fruit trees. Hillside Avenue off of Ragbir Street, St. Augustine is a safe and quiet residential neighborhood with little vehicular traffic and noise and is easily accessible by car or foot. Easy access to public transportation via the Eastern Main Road which is 3 minutes driving and 15 minutes by foot. The host lives in a single room on the ground floor private and apart from the guest rooms and is available to assist with guest needs.
