Enjoy a fun outdoor adventure at this at this centrally-located condo. Ascutney trails are just outside the door, with miles of biking, running and hiking trails. Hotel, restaurant and Brownsville Butcher and Pantry are all within walking distance. Great sporting and family activities, including live music festivals, running and biking races, skiing, sledding and other events are happening throughout the year. (Please be aware that the condo is multi-level and has stairs.) The condo is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has queen bed an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable Nautilus mattress. The entire condo with exception of one bathroom has been remodeled with new floors, appliances, paint and furniture. Parking is free and very convenient. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Great for doing things outdoors. Nearby towns of Woodstock, Ludlow, and Windsor have festivals, adventure parks, skiing, shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of space for a pack and play or for children to sleep on the couch (not a pull-out). Please be aware there are stairs and you would need to bring safety gates for small children. There are also second-floor decks and young children may need to be supervised. No pets are allowed. No exceptions. No smoking is allowed. No large parties - neighbors live here too and bylaws request quiet hours at night. Small family gatherings are fine. Parking is available and convenient. Access to Ascutney Outdoors lodge and trails just outside the door. There are stairs outside and inside the condo. There are no accessibility ramps. There are also decks on the second floor. The condo does not have elevators and there are multiple sets of stairs. Because of the stairs and decks, it is not recommended for small children.
