A fully equipped private studio including a big veranda, all for yourselves. It's perfect for couples, whom want to relax in a quiet area with beautiful garden and pool. Located in the center of everything, you'll have easy access to all main roads, beaches, attractions, supermarkets; all within 15min. This is a gated property with parking on site. There is also a futon bed for an extra person. Special price for stays of two month or longer; contact host! This air-conditioned studio, offers a double sized bed fit for two people. Blackout curtains, clean sheets, pillows and covers are provided for a good nights rest. Along in the bedroom space you will find the kitchen, which includes a complete range with a gas stove, a full sized refrigerator (fridge & freezer), microwave, cutlery, dishware, cookware etc. Towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided to our guest. There is a water heater and tap water is safe to drink. The veranda is only used by those staying in this studio. It is very spacious with a view to the garden & pool. It's perfect for being outside, doing yoga or just relaxing. You'll have access to the pool and garden as well. Guest can access the property at any time. You'll be given keys to enter via the electronic gate. You'll have access to the pool and garden as well. Host will be available at all times and all guest will be able to reach her easily (personally or electronically), as she lives near by. It is centrally located in a calm, quiet and safe neighborhood in Tanki Leendert within a 5-minute drive to downtown or 8m drive to the hotel area. Nearby attractions include Ayo Rock formation, the Natural Bridge & Bushiribana Ruins, Main street and more. Beaches are a short 10-15min drive away.There are plenty of supermarkets as well as a variety of restaurants and food chains. There is also a pharmacy, a gas station, laundry places, beauty salon, small local shopping and so much more. All this within a 1-5min drive. A car is recommended since it's the easiest and cheapest way of getting around. The propert consist of the main house and two studios. The studio can fit two people on the full sized bed and one person on a futon bed. The futon is recommended for the ages 9-14. Children must be minumun 9 years old.
