The Barren Guest Suite is located in the Girdwood Valley with 360 glacier and mountain views. The location of this unit is in a quite neighborhood, very centrally located with access to restaurants, the Alyeska Resort, hikes, biking or just for a relaxing getaway. This efficient one-bedroom unit has one bedroom with a queen bed. The space is perfect for a couple or a small family. The main room has a sofa pullout, kitchen table, TV with free wi-fi. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, full sized refrigerator, microwave and oven range. Free fresh ground coffee from a local roaster is also provided. There is one full bathroom, radiant heated flooring throughout the unit and its own private keypad entry. The space This one-bedroom mother in law type apartment has its own private entry and is not a shared space. The host family lives on site above the suite. Guest will have a designated spot for one or two cars along the right side of the driveway. A Welcome Guest Parking sign will be posted so you know exactly where to park. I clean and sanitize all surfaces between guest arrivals. Guests also have access to cleaning supplies in rental.
