Beautiful room in a colonial house with pool

It's a beautiful, big room with a completely renovated, private, modern bathroom. We are very close to all the places you need to see in León. The room is part of an original, colonial building that has been completely renovated. The garden is very big and has a nice pool, sun beds and there are several outside sitting areas to relax during your stay. The room is big, with high ceilings and original colonial details. In front of the room you have your own terrace to relax after a day exploring the city and its surroundings. In our garden we have a plant-based restaurant, serving food & drinks between 8am and 6pm. Please note that the restaurant kitchen is not open for guests to cook their own meals. We are there to help you with anything you need! We are right in the city centre, close to the cathedral, markets and restaurants. The supermarket is just one block from our place. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area, we can tell you everything about them and give you directions of our favorite places. Everything is at walking distance but if you prefer a cab we know a couple of cab drivers we can always call! If you come with a private car you can park in the street, it's safe. We are close to the most important bus terminal where you can catch the bus to other cities (Managua, Granada, Matagalpa..) or to the beach!! In the city of León the houses don't have hot water since it's one of the hottest cities in Nicaragua. The water in the shower is not ice cold, it's luke warm and probably the only thing you want when in León is a refreshing shower, not a hot one :-)
