Simply Country in the Smokey Mountain Foothills

This home is in a quiet rural area located just 2 miles off hwy.321 (main hwy. into the Smokeys). Home is 10 minutes between the airport, Maryville and Lenoir City, a half hour from Knoxville and about an hour from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Tail of the Dragon . Home is very spacious with 2 Bedrooms, kitchen, living-room, 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. We are Dog (2 LIMIT Dog) and child friendly with amenities available to accommodate both. Home is on a working farm. We are just far enough out in the country to enjoy the peace and quiet but centrally located and close enough to anything you would want to do in this area to make commuting a breeze. We have our own virtual petting zoo on our farm with lovable, friendly (pet-able) horses, cows, pygmy goats (we almost always have new babies), pot-bellied pigs, chickens, a miniature burrow (Buddy) and a miniature horse (Kendal) that crave love and attention. You will be welcome to set up a meet and greet with our wonderful, cuddly critters. The home is located on the front of our 30 acre farm. Our home is up on the hill just a couple hundred yards away (if you need anything or have any questions). The property has a spacious driveway and there is a full hook-up RV space available for an additional $35/night. The yard is completely fenced and there is a doggie door in the back door. We love and appreciate fur-babies as long as they are potty trained and are not destructive. We also have a crib, high-chair, bassinet and many other conveniences available for small children. I will meet and greet with guest and will be available via phone or in person. Our home is only 200 yards away. This is a fairly quiet area in the country but guests can be at the mall or downtown within 10 minutes. There are 2 gas stations and a Dollar General within 3 miles for last minute items. Fort Loudoun and Tellico lakes are also only a few miles away. This is an excellent location for bass fishing tournaments and the driveway offers easy access and parking. This is a farm home. Our horses are in the pasture surrounding the back yard. Please do not feed the horses ANYTHING without our approval. The Driveway is wide and spacious enough to accommodate several vehicles. Uber is also available but not included. The property driveway and access roads are flat and well maintained. Our road and highway 321 is always prepped and immediately cleared in the rare event we get any substantial snow that would affect travel.
