Our house have 4 floors and 350meters built, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, 5 garage. 1 suíte and 1 Room with 2 beds, TV, garage, Barbacue, kitching with microwave, refrigerator, glasses, plates, stove. If you want more privacy, you can choice a suite with private entrance is on the first floor, and another suite for social entrance in the 2nd floor. (both with TV). Bath towels, soap, shampoo and clean sheets You have free access. The house have a Barbacue area and you can make a barbacue. I love the security in my street. We have stop bus to many parts off the city and the best point is near to Metro Station. Only 8 minuts walking Only 8 minuts walking from subway until our house. The near have a many deliveries and restaurants, like mexican, italian, pizzerie, Habib´s, japanese, backery, gym, parks,mall, banks, pharmacies, hospital, police station. The street and the house have a security camera. Near to the beautiful Serra da Cantareira State Park, where you can see monkeys, coatis, marmosets, toucans, enormous variety of birds, waterfalls, fresh air, great place to relax amidst nature exuberance. Only 10 minutes by subway to Central Market, The Municipal Market of Sao Paulo is a gastronomic paradise. we have a 2 beautfull cats.
