Large light filled Carriage House studio

Large studio loft on equestrian estate in the heart of horse country and in most foremost estate location. Studio is separate from but overlooks the stable complex there is a pool behind the cottage (seasonal—pool open until mid September) which might be shared with cottage guests. Guests have exclusive access to the studio, mudroom/laundry area and side porch. The pool area may be shared with cottage guests…there are two sitting areas and a dining table at the pool. The barn complex is off limits, although the horses are easily visible and you will be able to watch them in the field and sometimes training in the outdoor arena. The main house and property behind it are not available to studio or cottage guests. There are hundreds of acres of open land adjacent to the property and fabulous walking just outside the drive. I’m on property or available via email and text. Prefer to give people privacy but am happy to chat and answer questions. Close to nature preserves, apple picking restaurants and horse show grounds. Car! Feel free to admire the horses, but do not touch. These are high level show horses..
