Lake Michigan Sunrise view, close to Door County

My Algoma Lake House sits upon an embankment high above the scenic rocky shores of Lake Michigan. This comfortable 1950's stone house is located within walking distance to downtown Algoma and Crescent Beach. Close to Door County, wineries, brewery and restaurants. My 1950's stone house features 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with a master bathroom and two downstairs with a traditional bathroom. The upstairs also features a loft overlooking the great room and views of the backyard overlooking lake Michigan. You will have to rise very early to catch the sunrise, but so worth it! The main level has 2 bedrooms and a traditional bathroom. Bedrooms on the main level would be great for grandparents as there are minimal stairs to navigate. The kitchen features a pass through window, great for keeping the action going as food is prepared and shared. I usually am available if a need arises, if not in person, always by phone or text. Sometimes I do take the opportunity to get out of town and be a tourist , while you're enjoying Algoma. Please, feel free to contact me if any questions or issues arise. The house is conveniently located on Hwy 42 (lakeside), just south of downtown. A dollar store and Subway are just steps away. Large yard with mature trees offering privacy and room to play lawn games and enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan. The Bald Eagles love to sit atop the adjacent tall pines; view from the backyard as they soar overhead. Downtown Algoma is a 15 minute walk and can also be accessed using the the Cresent Beach Boardwalk which is a 5 minute walk to the north. Follow the boardwalk to von Stiehl Winery and Ahnapee Brewery past the city marina on the river. Free Parking Every Where! There is a gas grill. I try to leave a replacement tank available just in case it the grill runs out of gas. Recycling is appreciated, receptacles are located inside and outside the house. The house is non-smoking and pet free. I do ask that you throw cigarette butts in the receptacle located on the outside steps.
