This beautiful guest villa is situated in Malibu Wine Country. Zuma beach, wine tastings, and restaurants are minutes away. This scenic retreat on a vineyard estate has its own private pool, hot tub, patio, and spacious backyard. No indoor kitchen stove/sink. Outdoor bbq grill and sink. Our lovely rural area is not served by traditional broadband internet carriers. Wifi may not be suitable for data-intensive work from home purposes. Our guests have privacy and space to relax. Guesthouse has one bedroom, kitchen table, mini-fridge and freezer, Keuring coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Large couch with tv and fireplace. Sink and grill are outside with patio overlooking private pool. Lounge chairs for chillin Exclusive use of guesthouse, hot tub and pool area. Bikes available Nice hiking and walking areas We are available on property in a separate house, always by phone and the app. Our policy to to respect guest’s privacy. We are happy to share a toast and engage in conversation if guests want to know more about the area. Guest privacy and satisfaction is our priority. Santa Monica Mountains, Malibu beaches & vineyards, hiking, located on Kanan midway between Pacific Coast Highway & Hwy 101 Car is best for flexibility to travel around LA and beaches. Guests have used ride-sharing services exclusively. Beautiful bike and hiking trails nearby. The hot tub is available is available year round. The pool is not heated due to high energy costs and limited usage. We use a solar cover to help heat the pool primarily during summer months.
