The House on the Bend

Our large, 2,000 square foot, three bedroom home is on a 2 1/2 acre parcel with a wrap around porch where you can BBQ and eat while enjoying the view of mountains to the east and the local animal and bird life all around. The Sacramento River is a 3 minute drive away with boat ramp access. We are a five minute drive to the Paynes Creek Recreational Area and BLM lands with boundless acres of hiking and horse trails. We are also an hour drive Mount Lassen Volcanic park and Mt Shasta The entire 2 1/2 acres is at your disposal. I do not live in Red Bluff; however, I have a care taker of the property named Brian, who may help you if there is a problem. We are close to the Sacramento River, the Paynes Creek BLM reserve and 20 minutes from Redding.
