There’s a comfy futon and lounge chair to rest and watch Roku TV. Around the corner is a full kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, and kettle. Finally, a washroom with a standup shower and lots of hot water! :-) Private basement suite. Shared entrance and laundry with the bachelors suite tenant. 2 lockable doors separating the suite from the laundry. Pizza place, convenience store, and gas station within 30 second drive. Community center with a pool, tennis courts, and a gym just across the street. Tonnes of options for hiking south of town in Waterton and west into the picturesque Crowsnest Pass area. Great fly fishing in the Crowsnest! In winter, a 45 minute drive will take you to the lifts at Castle Mountain for a day of powder shots and turns. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Cleaning fee is $55. For your convenience, bottled shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the basket under the bathroom sink. You're welcome to use this as necessary.
