Kitchens are fully equipped with full-size appliances and cookware, glassware, silverware, and dishes. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. The bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with luxury bedding and an LCD flat-screen TV. The bathroom features luxury linens and travel-size Molton Brown toiletries. All utilities are included such as high-speed WiFi and premium HD cable with HBO and Starz. Apartments include starter kit of paper products (paper towels and bath tissue), dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Cleaning & Sanitation Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our team and residents, but in this climate, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfecting in all high-traffic and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs. We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out. A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
