Simply Reel

Simply Reel is in a small water-oriented community in Carpenter Point Maryland. Water views from the house and water access is 2 blocks away. It is located at the mouth of the North East River and the origin of the Chesapeake Bay. Bring your own kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and fishing gear for your get-away! Charlestown Marina is approximately 4 miles away for access for motorized boats or jet skis. Simply Reel is one floor however has 4 steps to enter and one small step inside. The outdoor pavilion is for guest use. The owner may be on premises to gain access to the shed or the garage. Renters will not have access to these areas. There is a full-time resident living above the garage. The first floor of the house and outdoor pavilion/fire pit will be accessible to renters. Parking is located in the gravel driveway next to the front door. If needed during the stay, we will be available via text or cell phone. This is a very tight community so please mind the noise.
