Wonderful beachfront property

The best beachfront house! Great property, many ensuites and a fantastic sea view. There are 5 bedrooms (and 4 among them are ensuite). The house is suitable for up to 16 persons (children and babies included). You will love to stay in front of the beach. You will love to stay in this lovely house, to appreciate the beach and the sea. One can appreciate the sea all over, the house has many views. Wind blows from the sea, you can hear the waves and see the tide going up and down... Mountains are impressive and are the perfect frame for spetacular sunsets. At night the moon reflects in the sea and the stars shine bright. You can enjoy the nature and your group of family/ friends. The house has many rooms and verandahs. The garden is in front of the beach, a few steps from the sea. The sea is calm, it´s like a big swimming -pool, excellent to swim or to do water sports such as kayak o stand up paddle (that can be rented at the beach). You will have comfort and privacy at home, its practical to be here (in front of the beach and close to supermarkets etc). We love to share our place with our guests. Come and get to know it! They live there, in an independent unit, they do not bother and you can also hire Ana to work for you, helping in the house, cleaning and cooking, if you want to. Besides having the whole house and garden just for you, there is complimentary wifi. We live in São Paulo but we are 24/7 available by phone or txt msg. When staying at this house you are able to enjoy 3 different beautiful beaches (Lázaro, Domingas Dias and Sununga), Lázaro is the one in front of the house and the other 2 you can get there walking. Boat trip to several places can be hired directly at Lazaro Beach. There are also groceries, supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. There is a bus stop around 300 to 400m from the house, there are buses that take you to the city or other beaches. When you leave São Paulo by bus, this is the bus stop that you arrive from there. You can also rent a car (which is very interesting), there are places for cars to be parked inside the house (around 4 to 5 cars, in line). The house is 190km far from SP international airport, so you can get the car there and go directly to the beach. The roads are very good (most of the way - 150km - is on double-lane highways). During high season and holidays we have minimum stay that may vary, please check with us before booking. In the low season, minimum stay is 2 nights. If you need someone to help you clean the house and with kitchen issues, we can indicate you a nice person (in this case you will negotiate and pay her directly).
