An apartment on the ground floor in a private condo and the best part: all yours! The property has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In front of the building, you find a bus stop, where you can take buses to the center. GO BY BIKE: UFPE, Faculdade Estácio, Faculdade Nova Roma. WALK TO: Secretaria de Saúde do Estado, Chesf, Celpe. NEAR THE PROPERTY: Bus stop in front of the building (lines Bongi and Bongi Afogados), bakery, supermarket, bars, gas station, restaurantes. If you book for only 1 night, an additional cleaning fee of R$ 60 will be added. - Check-in is from 3 pm. Can be accord differently, upon request if available. - The departure is punctually at 12h (noon). At 12:01 our cleaning staff will be knocking on the door. - Reservations for the carnival must include all 5 days: it is a package.
