This is a cozy loft like apartment. The full bath and queen size bed are upstairs. The sofa chair upstairs does pull out to a single bed, which is perfect for a couple with a child. The kitchen is small but has everything a small group would need. This is a perfect space for a small busy group of people. There is a very tall wood privacy fence separating the yards. The main house comes with the hot tub and patio, so that would be off limits to this listing. But there is still plenty of space in the front and side yard for your relaxing evenings. Lawn furniture and a small charcoal BBQer equipped with charcoal and fire starter await your grill master abilities. This is not a party house, as right next door are families wanting the perfect, relaxing vacation. This is a quiet secluded neighborhood. Guests of this listing have full access to the bungalow.
