My home is a tranquil private 3 bedroom 2 story Single family home on forest preserve lot with babbling brook and all the privacy that comes with nature. As with any property located near Forest and water there are various breeds of insects and bugs around. This is Completely normal for the area. This home is situated in a wooded setting not a urban setting. Perfect for business travelers or families with children that need high speed internet. MY home is located on a double lot with only one neighbor next door. Two levels of airy light filled space awaits you! Ground level master bedroom suite. Two more bedrooms and additional full bathroom on second level as well ! Very quiet and secluded plenty of parking and use of attached garage. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city.... A copy of photo identification is required prior to check in or reservation will be canceled. No locals. No adults under 25. Absolutely no gatherings. Guests bringing unauthorized people into my home that are not on the reservation Is prohibited. The reservation will be immediately canceled and not refunded.
