As escolas Visconde de Porto Seguro, Miguel de Cervants, Santo Americo e Escola Americana de São Paulo tambem estão a uma curta distancia e é possivel andar para o Hospital Albert Einstein. Ideal para quem vem a trabalho ou passeio, pois o Morumbi está perto dos principais pontos da cidade, com fácil acesso pelas rodovias.
