Large country house in Austin, Eastern Townships.

Welcome to our large country house,building in 1943, on a nicely landscaped 1acre land. It has six bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests .(maximum allowed by the COVID rules). It comes fully furnished and has all recents accommodations. Winter lovers love its location 10 minutes away from 3 important ski stations. Summer lovers appreciate being 15 minutes away from the main Memphremagog beach and the city of Magog and all its stores. Our house is near a mini grocery store tough its views all are on the country part (we are next to a farm and the Abbaye of St-Benoit du Lac. The house is 1hour 15 minutes from Montreal. COVID period: for now , 10 guests from 3 households(bubbles) are permitted.
