Location, location location, right in the heart of historical Quito, just steps from LA Ronda, one of Centro Historico Trendiest parts of the city. Where you can enjoy Canalazo & feel the heartbeat of the local Quiteno's. Outside your doorstep is Plaza & Iglesia Santo Domingo, just minutes away, Plaza Grande, La Compania, Presidential Palace, and more. Forget the outside distractions, while walking down a short corridor to your unit. Equipped: WIFI & amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The unit is the only one on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs only. Just outside your door is a workspace that is illuminated by all-natural light. Inside, small living area with two sofas combined with a dining area for 4. 1 master bedroom & 2nd room with ample closet space, iron & linens such as towels/sheets. 1 bathroom with a full bathtub. The water heater is small, so expect hot water for about 10 - 15 min. max. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove takes away the hassle of changing gas cylinders, which is common in most Quito dwellings. 2nd-floor neighbor is very quiet; at times, it feels like no one is there. The main floor / 1st floor is occupied by a woman, who loves gardening and very friendly. The rest of the units are located on the other side of the building, so very exclusive area with limited distractions. Access to the building is only allowed with a special access card, so very secure location. There is guest parking but just for 1 night. If you have a vehicle and would like multiple nights, there are nearby parking lots that charge $5 per night and is about a 7-minute walk from the unit.
