Our one bedroom waterfront cottages with mountain sunsets offer a queen bed, futon, dining room table, full kitchen, screened in porch, private campfire, bbq, and picnic table and Adirondack chairs. Towels, linens, are provided just bring your beach towels and bbq tools. WiFi throughout the property, tv, ac and heat in the cottages. Kitchens include refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, Mr Coffee, toaster, pots and pans and silverware. We are a boutique resort with cottages, a lodge and McMaster house located on 700 feet of waterfront. Awesome sunsets end the days, with campfires and Smore's at night. Water toys a plentiful, the beach is sandy with a raft and the playground swings entice the kids. You will be able to utilize the entire property with all of the amenities. You will be able to go to the beach, use the water boats and rental crafts. You are not restricted to your living quarters. Rowboats, Kayaks, Sup Boards, Aqua Trikes are complimentary. You also receive a 10% discount on our Jet Skis, Pontoon Boat, and Lazy River Rafting. We are following CDC guidelines for social distancing and facial covering when meeting new people..the office will be open from 10 - 6pm...late checkin's can be arranged. We are located in a rural community that appears like the town that time skipped. Dude ranches were all the rage 75 years ago and have slowly bent in time to the evolving tourist culture. Great hikes, horse back riding, golf and the Rodeo are all near by. The Rodeo is Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. You will need a car...we have an electrical vehicle charging station on the property. Public transportation is not available, however Uber and private taxis are in the area.
